“At the end of the day, we want to provide our customers with the best end-to-end journey at Ikea, and our new return policy is a step in that direction,” Ikea Southeast Asia deputy managing director Mike King said in a statement today.
Ikea Malaysia is the first home furnishing retailer to introduce a 365-day return policy for customers.
The original receipt will be required, and refunds will be processed in the same mode of payment. Exclusions apply to items like used bedding, plants, goods ordered to specifications, and products bought from the “as-is” section, among others.
