The clusters were detected in Johor, Kedah, Negeri Sembilan, Pahang, Penang, Selangor, Kelantan and Putrajaya.

Selangor

• Industri Dua Jalan Padang Gajah: a workplace cluster linked to a factory in Jeram. It involves Kuala Selangor. 100 screened, five positive.
• Industri Tiga Jalan Kasawari: a workplace cluster linked to a factory in Garang. It involves Kuala Langat. 65 screened, 20 positive.
• Industri Perabot Olak Lempit 2: a workplace cluster linked to a factory in Banting. It involves Kuala Langat. 344 screened, 45 positive.
• Kampung Banting: a community cluster. It involves Sabak Bernam. 27 screened, 12 positive.

Pahang

• Kampung Sentoi: a community cluster. It involves Lipis. The index case was detected on Oct 13. 104 screened, 14 positive.
• Jeti Jalan Selancar: a workplace cluster linked to a fishing company. It involves Rompin. The index case was detected on Oct 12. 43 screened, 34 positive.

Johor

• Nadim: a workplace cluster linked to a private services firm in Pengerang. It involves Kota Tinggi. 580 screened, 10 positive.
• Industri Jalan Kapal Layar: a workplace cluster linked to a factory. It involves Batu Pahat. 30 screened, 10 positive.

Kedah

• Dah Bukit Pinang: a workplace cluster linked to a private services firm. It involves Kota Setar. The index case was detected on Oct 12. 33 screened, 11 positive.

Putrajaya

• Persiaran Perdana: a cluster linked to students at an educational institution. It involves Putrajaya, as well as Kuala Langat and Sepang in Selangor. The index case was detected on Oct 10. 33 screened, 11 positive.

Penang

• Industri Bukit Minyat Bukit Mertajam: a workplace cluster linked to a factory. It involves Seberang Perai Tengah and Seberang Perai Selatan. The index case was detected on Oct 14. 28 screened, 18 positive.

Kelantan

• Taman Makmur: a community cluster. It involves Kota Bharu. The index case was detected on Oct 12. 21 screened, 15 positive.

Negeri Sembilan

• Batu Lima Sunggala: a workplace cluster linked to a public services firm. It involves Port Dickson. 242 screened, 52 positive.

No new EMCO, extensions

Meanwhile, the National Security Council (MKN) said there were no new areas placed under the enhanced movement control order (EMCO).

In a statement, MKN director-general Rodzi Md Saad also said there was no extension of the EMCO in any locality.

Rodzi said, however, that the EMCO at several areas in Pahang and Perak is set to end tomorrow as scheduled. The areas include Kampung Sungai Padi, Mukim Telang in Lipis, Pahang, and Kampung Orang Asli Sungai Chadak, Tanjung Rambutan in Kinta, Perak.
