PETALING JAYA:
Police are on the hunt for a man who is believed to have murdered his elder brother and sister-in-law at their house in Taman Bercham Aman, Ipoh, Perak.

Ipoh police chief Yahaya Hassan said the suspect fled the crime scene in his sister-in-law’s car, Harian Metro reported.

He said the suspect, who is unemployed, had a criminal record for causing grievous hurt.

Police are looking for Ng Chun Ming, 61, to help in investigations into the double murder.

“Those with any information are encouraged to contact the nearest police station to assist in our investigations,” the Malay daily quoted him as saying.

The case is being investigated under Section 302 of the Penal Code for murder.

Earlier today, Kosmo! reported that Ng Chun Hon, 64, and his wife, Ooi Tin Lu, 59, were found dead in a pool of blood in their home.

Yahaya also said investigations revealed that the victims died last night from head injuries, but police have yet to find the murder weapon.

He also said that Chun Hon’s 90-year-old mother, who is wheelchair-bound, was in the house when the murders took place.
