- ‘Matt Kilau’ (film)
The record-breaking albeit disputed and controversial local film makes its streaming premiere, when else but on Malaysia Day! After British armies invade Pahang, the titular legendary warrior (Adi Putra) leads his people into warfare to protect their home from the threat of colonisation.
“Mat Kilau” will be joining close to 150 local films, series, and animated shows in Netflix’s Rekaan Rakyat collection, a celebration of some of the best works from Malaysian talents. (Also, what did FMT think?)
- ‘Do Revenge’ (film)

- ‘The Real Bling Ring: Hollywood Heist’ (documentary)
Arrested in 2009 for stealing from celebrity homes, a group of teenagers from Los Angeles inspired a media frenzy and a movie. Now, two of them tell their stories in this unscripted docuseries.
