PORT DICKSON: Former PKR president Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail has urged parents with children of voting age to persuade their kids to return home to cast their ballots on Aug 12.
The Bandar Tun Razak MP said voters should not take the state polls for granted, attributing her daughter Nurul Izzah Anwar’s loss in Permatang Pauh during GE15 to this.
“Do not take the state elections lightly and do not think that we can win easily. Every vote matters,” Wan Azizah said in a ceramah here today.
