PETALING JAYA:
The Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) has nixed rumours that open interviews and physical tests for constable posts in PDRM will be run throughout the country.

“The messages on social media and WhatsApp are not true whatsoever.

“The Bukit Aman recruitment unit has not released such an announcement,” PDRM said in an official statement this evening.

“Official announcements about any recruitment for any PDRM posts will only be made through the official PDRM website (www.rmp.gov.my) and the official PDRM Facebook page (www.facebook.com/PolisDirajaMalaysia).”

PDRM said that Malaysians interested in joining PDRM can apply via the official Public Services Commission web portal at www.spa.gov.my.

“Candidates who fulfil the requirements will be called in should PDRM’s recruitment unit run any recruitment exercises,” PDRM said.
