PETALING JAYA: Dr Mahathir Mohamad is back as PPBM chairman, just a few days after he resigned from the post.
Harian Metro reported that PPBM secretary-general Marzuki Yahya had confirmed the matter.
“Other developments will be announced later,” he was quoted as saying.
On Monday, Mahathir resigned as PPBM chairman after party president Muhyiddin Yassin announced the party’s exit from Pakatan Harapan.
The party’s Supreme Council however rejected Mahathir’s resignation.
