
Health director-general Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said they are the Jalan Tuaran cluster in Sabah; Jalan Haruan cluster in Negeri Sembilan; Puteh Lama construction site cluster in Kuala Lumpur; and the Beringin cluster in Penang.
The Jalan Tuaran cluster affects the districts of Kota Kinabalu, Penampang and Tuaran. The cluster first involved an individual screened at a workplace today.
A total of 86 people have been screened so far, with 43 testing positive and 213 negative. Another 127 people are awaiting results.
The index case in the Jalan Haruan cluster in Negeri Sembilan was identified after a workplace screening yesterday.

A total of 300 people have been screened so far, with 118 testing positive — making it the cluster with the most number of new cases today. The cluster is linked to a factory, with foreign workers making up 108 of those testing positive.
The Puteh Lama construction site cluster is active in the Lembah Pantai district of Kuala Lumpur. The index case was detected yesterday after targeted screening of workers at a construction site.
A total of 820 people have been screened so far, with 139 testing positive.
The Beringin cluster in Penang involved workers from two factories in the northeast and southwest districts of the island. A total of 3,116 people have been screened so far, with 37 testing positive.
Noor Hisham said a total of 349 clusters have been detected throughout the country as of today, with 176 of them currently active.
