This comes after Damansara MP Tony Pua said Malaysia did not have “bright ministers” because smart people tend to avoid politics.
Taking to Facebook, Selangor Barisan Nasional information chief Isham Jalil questioned whether Pua was referring to Pakatan Harapan (PH).
“Tony, are you talking about the 22 months when PH was in power when you say we have stupid ministers?” he asked.
The list he made included then primary industries minister Teresa Kok’s call for Malaysians to drink a spoonful of palm oil, the RM30 aid given by the previous government, then entrepreneur and development minister Redzuan Yusof’s flying car idea, then education minister Maszlee Malik’s idea to change school shoes from white to black, and then prime minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad’s clarification that the manifesto was not a holy book.
The list can be found on Isham’s Facebook page.
