KUALA LUMPUR: Another sinkhole has been reported on Jalan Masjid India, about 50m from where the ground suddenly collapsed, swallowing a visitor from India last Friday.
It was reported to have occurred at about 2.30am today following heavy rain last night.
However, checks at the location showed that the sinkhole area has been cordoned off by security personnel to prevent any untoward incidents.
Meanwhile, the search for Vijayaletchumy, 48, from Kuppam, Andhra Pradesh, who fell into an 8m-deep sinkhole, enters its sixth day today.
