Malaysia Airlines offers fixed one-way fares to East M’sia for CNY

The airfare for one-way flights to or from East Malaysia will start at RM349 and vary according to location.

Malaysia Airlines will also operate 112 additional red-eye flights between Kuala Lumpur and East Malaysia from Dec 19 to Jan 1, in view of the peak travel period.

Malaysia Airlines is offering fixed ticket prices for travellers heading to and from Sabah and Sarawak during the Chinese New Year period next year.

The one-way flights will start at RM349 and vary according to location. The airline will also operate 102 additional red-eye flights, and a total of 219, over the festive period.

The fixed fares will only be available on Malaysia Airlines’s official website and phone application.

The national carrier will also operate 112 additional red-eye flights between Kuala Lumpur and East Malaysia from Dec 19 to Jan 1, in view of the peak travel period.

“By introducing affordable fixed fares for Chinese New Year, increasing flight frequencies during the peak year-end season, and expanding regional connectivity, Malaysia Airlines is not only enhancing accessibility but also strengthening its position as the airline of choice.
