Klang Selatan police chief Lim Jit Huey said the suspects, aged 14 to 24, were arrested after a police report on the incident was lodged at 1am yesterday.
The incident is believed to have occurred around 6.50pm on Tuesday, Harian Metro reported.
“Some of the arrested suspects are still schooling. It is believed that the incident was caused by teasing between two groups of teenagers, which then led to an argument,” said Lim.
He added that there were no elements of gangsterism involved. The case is being investigated under Section 147 of the Penal Code for rioting.
A 26-second video that went viral showed the two groups of youths brawling near the school.
