 ‘NCIS’ (series)

Fans of this long-running procedural, rejoice: seasons 10-14, featuring Mark Harmon and gang, premiere today!

• ‘One Day’ (film)

After a brief college romance, Emma and Dexter pursue separate dreams but meet on the same day each year to compare their progress in life and love.

Anne Hathaway and Jim Sturgess star in this big-screen adaptation of the novel by David Nicholls – not to be confused with the 14-episode series recently released on the streamer.

• ‘The Magic Prank Show with Justin Willman’ (series)

Magician, comedian and expert trickster Justin Willman and his crew pull elaborate pranks on unsuspecting targets to help real people get payback.

 

• ‘Sex and the City’, seasons 1-6 (series)

Despite their different natures and ever-changing sex lives, four women remain inseparable and confide in one another, in this classic series about life and love in New York.

• ‘The Conjuring’ (film)

After moving into a Rhode Island farmhouse, a family experiences supernatural occurrences and seeks help from a pair of noted paranormal investigators. Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga star in the first of this freaky franchise.

• ‘Beverly Hills Cop I-III’ (films)

Eddie Murphy stars as a freewheeling Detroit cop who, while pursuing a murder investigation, finds himself dealing with the very different culture of Beverly Hills.

All three films in this comedy franchise – from 1984, 1987 and 1994, respectively – premiere today.

• ‘I Woke Up A Vampire’, season 2 (series)

As Carmie starts high school, a charming sophomore drives a wedge in her friend group. Can she balance boys, school – and an ancient prophecy? A series for kids and the young at heart.

• ‘Ripley’ (series)

Tom Ripley, a grifter scraping by in early 1960s New York, is hired by a wealthy man to travel to Italy and convince his vagabond son to return home. His acceptance of the job is the first step into a complex life of deceit, fraud and murder.

Andrew Scott (aka the hot priest in “Fleabag”) takes on the title role in this limited series based on Patricia Highsmith’s bestselling Tom Ripley novels.

 ‘A Cinderella Story’ (film)

A teen meets the boy of her dreams at a dance before returning to toil in her stepmother’s diner. Can her lost mobile phone bring them together? Heh.

Hillary Duff, Chad Michael Murray and Jennifer Coolidge star in this family-friendly fairytale feature.

• ‘Parasyte: The Grey’ (film)

When unidentified parasites fall from the sky and violently take over human hosts, humanity must rise to combat the dastardly threat. This live-action sci-fi K-drama is based on the manga series by Hitoshi Iwaaki.

 

• ‘Rahsia’ (film)

Malaysian movie alert! In this suspenseful remake, a mother slowly falls apart after her son inexplicably vanishes, believing that a vengeful spirit has abducted him.

• ‘Scoop’ (film)
