ALOR STAR: An allocation of RM50,000 each has been approved for three Chinese private secondary schools in Kedah, menteri besar Ahmad Bashah Md Hanipah announced on Friday night.
The three schools are Keat Hwa and Sin Min in Alor Star and Sin Min in Sungai Petani.
Ahmad Bashah made the announcement in his speech at the Chinese New Year Carnival organised by the Kedah Chinese Chamber of Commerce and the state government at Tanjung Chali near here.
