Not for Nur Jazlan to judge PAS ministers, says Tuan Ibrahim

The party's deputy president says it's for the PM to assess ministers, not outsiders with their own axe to grind.

Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man said PAS would not be easily offended by Nur Jazlan Mohamad’s insults.
PETALING JAYA:
Johor Umno deputy chief Nur Jazlan Mohamed is an “outsider” who has no business evaluating the performance of PAS ministers and deputy ministers, says PAS deputy president Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man

Tuan Ibrahim said it is up to Prime Minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob to evaluate the performance of PAS members in the government, and not for politicians like Nur Jazlan who may have their own axe to grind.

Nur Jazlan had described PAS ministers and deputy ministers yesterday as low quality ministers (menteri cap ayam) who were dragging the government down with their incompetence.

Tuan Ibrahim said only the prime minister and the public had the right to assess ministers. “We regularly have meetings with the prime minister to share information and exchange views on how we can improve,” he said.

Tuan Ibrahim, who is environment and water minister, said the party would not be easily offended by such allegations.
