According to The Star, the girl and her 18-year-old boyfriend had lived with the couple since January and had also worked at their scrap metal shop in Bandar Teknologi Kajang.
The girl claimed she was raped on numerous occasions by the male suspect and forced to perform oral sex on his wife as well.
Her boyfriend was also repeatedly beaten up, she added.
Kajang OCPD Asst Comm Ahmad Dzaffir Yusoff told The Star that the girl had managed to run away sometime this month while her boyfriend escaped in September.
He said the girl, who had been sent to Kajang Hospital for treatment, had sustained injuries on her right ear and neck, as well as on her hands and legs. She also had a tear in her private part.
Dzaffir said the case is being investigated for rape and causing hurt.
