PETALING JAYA: The Magistrate’s Court here today issued a four-day remand order against four men to facilitate investigations into the assault of firefighter Muhammad Adib Mohd Kassim during a fracas at the Sri Maha Mariamman Temple in Subang Jaya last week.
The order was issued by Magistrate Mohd Nor Hafidzuddin Yusoff to facilitate the police investigation under Section 307 of the Penal Code for attempted murder.
Adib was seriously injured in the incident and reported still in critical condition, though stable, at the National Heart Institute.
